We stand behind the quality of every AlpenGlobal rope. Each rope is built to rigorous standards, and we guarantee it to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing.

Warranty Coverage

• If your rope shows a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace it free of charge.

• This warranty applies only to defects present at the time of manufacture.

• All warranty claims should be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or improper handling

• Exposure to chemicals, heat, sharp edges, fatigue, sunlight, constant loading, or abrasion from rough use

• Accidents, falls, or improper applications outside intended purpose

How to Qualify

To request a warranty assessment, please contact us through our CONTACT US form. AlpenGlobal reserves the right to inspect the rope before approving a replacement.

Warranty Value

• Successful claims will be covered up to the value of the rope at the time of purchase.

• If the rope under assessment was originally purchased as part of a multi-rope bundle, the value of a single rope from that bundle (based on its per-rope price at purchase) will be used when determining replacement value.
